The same emotions in similar situations

Failing at the exact same point every time

Hearing the same comments repeatedly

Recurring health issues


Coincidence? Bad luck?

No.


The unconscious repeats.


Whether you consciously want it or not, the unconscious chooses what's familiar.

Seeks what's comfortable.

Takes only the roads it knows.

Even if they lead to pain.

An unconscious belief of "I don't deserve love" attracts people who treat you poorly.

An unconscious belief of "The world is dangerous" makes you defensive and miss opportunities.

An unconscious belief of "I'm not enough" keeps you anxious and empty, no matter how successful you become.


I create my own hell.


Sounds cruel?

But here's why this is actually hope:

If I created it, I can change it.


Let's uncover this mechanism of creation.

Beliefs trigger emotions.

Emotions shape thoughts.

Thoughts drive actions.

Actions create reality.
