The mind is often caught in countless problems.
Painful thoughts,
endless worries, and the weight of anger consume an entire day.
People often say,“I want to manage my emotions.
I want the ability to keep my mind calm.”
Yet, the more one tries to control the mind,
the deeper the confusion grows.Without knowing what to do, pushing thoughts away only brings greater helplessness.
Eventually, the conclusion emerges:“This confusion is normal.Anxiety and inner conflict are part of human nature.”It is simply accepted as an unavoidable part of life.
But is it really so?Is confusion truly human nature, or is it that the skill to handle the mind has not yet been learned?
Perhaps the real problem lies in trying to erase the mind. The habit of controlling, the urge to fight ,the tendency to label emotions as enemies.
The mind is not something to be tamed. It is a process to be understood.Painful thoughts are not obstacles to remove; they are signals, guiding us to see where our inner wounds reside.
Confusion is not failure. It is a passage—a necessary step before awakening.
Calmness does not arise from forcing it.
It reveals it self when the mind is observed as it is, without resistance, without judgment.
